L’Escale is a little charming hotel, situated in Villette-Le Châble, ten minutes away from Verbier and near the train station and the cable car’s departure for Verbier. By now, we have seven rooms, cheap and comfortable. Shower and toilets are on the floor, but the rooms have a washbasin inside. The price is 70.- CHF/person and breakfast is included. The café-restaurant has recently been renewed and has all the conforts (access for people with handicap, wifi, tv, iPads..). Here the chef Charles-Henri Zuchuat offers you a wide selection of dishes made with local products, as Fondue, Raclette, homemade pasta, race d’Hérens’s beef and Lötschbergs’s perch.
