Accessible by car, bike, or on foot | Valley ride by gondola possible afterwards: Gondola ticket not included in the price.

Yoga from 08:30 am to approx. 09:45 am, followed by a brunch until approx. 01:00 pm

Welcome & Settling In

We begin with a brief introduction to the structure and theme of the session. We then take a moment to settle into the here and now with a short mindfulness exercise. Together, we turn our attention inwards and create space for greater clarity, presence and mindful awareness.

Yoga Practice (approx. 60 mins)

In a flowing yoga practice, we combine breath and movement. The focus is on poses such as Warrior, which symbolises clarity, alignment and inner strength, and Tree, which embodies grounding, balance and trust. Through mindful movement, you strengthen your connection to your body, develop greater stability and find a calm, clear focus regardless of what is happening around you.

Pranayama & Meditation (approx. 15 mins)

After the movement, we turn our attention to the breath. With a soothing breathing exercise (pranayama), we calm the nervous system and create space for rest and regeneration. A guided meditation that follows invites you to integrate and reflect on the experience, and to return to your Sunday with greater clarity, confidence and inner balance.

Afterward, you’ll of course have the opportunity to hike or bike from the Rinderberg Lodge.
