Intro
Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. you can enjoy a rich brunch offer.
After a sparkling glass of Prosecco to get you in the mood, "compose" your castle brunch to your heart's content from our sumptuous buffet in the magnificent Knights' Hall: crusty breads, plaited bread, rolls and pancakes, plus Swiss cheese from the board, seasonal salads, cold delicacies such as smoked salmon or meat, antipasti as well as fried and scrambled eggs à la minute. Choose between coffee, tea, fruit juices and mineral water. Look forward to the seasonally changing main course with veal, various vegetables and delicious side dishes. Round off your culinary pleasure with delicious desserts and ice cream.
Childcare: Our youngest guests are lovingly looked after by the childcare staff in the playroom.
Vegetarian/vegan: We would like to point out that our brunch menu is varied and suitable for a wide range of tastes and is deliberately not geared towards vegetarian and vegan diets. This is due to our quality standards, the effort involved, the space available at the buffet and to avoid food waste. Thank you for your understanding.
