This exhibition is presented by VU.CH, Art in Hospitals, in partnership with the Department of Gynecology and the Center for Sexual Health and Family Planning at the CHUV.
The Maternity Ward building welcomes people with a variety of healthcare journeys. In this context, where the body takes center stage, this project symbolically highlights their diversity and resonates with different emotional states.

There are many reasons to walk through this hallway in the CHUV Maternity Ward. Similarly, the mural found there can be interpreted in many ways, evoking themes of cooking, travel, protection, and (re)birth.
This work was created specifically for this space by Tami Ichino.
