In the historic vaulted cellar of Restaurant Angleterre, a carefully curated wine-and-dine experience awaits you, inspired by the era of Kaspar Stockalper.
Look forward to a surprise menu created especially for this occasion. We won’t reveal just yet which delicacies will be served—the individual courses will unveil their secrets only on the evening itself.
The menu will be accompanied by select traditional Valais wines from Domaines Kreuzritter. The winery’s commitment to tradition and its distinctive wines blend naturally into the evening’s historical theme.
Between courses, entertaining historical anecdotes will provide fascinating insights into the era of the great Kaspar Stockalper of the Tower. Join us on a journey through time, back to 17th-century Brig, and immerse yourself in the world of the great merchant, whose legacy continues to shape the Valais to this day.
Our staff will welcome you in historically inspired attire. Our guests are also cordially invited to attend in appropriate attire from the era of Swiss Alpine Baroque. Historical attire is welcome but, of course, not a requirement for participation.
