Overview

Description

The Antistitium, a late medieval secular building, is one of the oldest residential buildings in the city and is a rarity in Chur, as it was spared from the city fire of 1574. In the former neighbouring building is the so-called Hasenstube, which features an art-historically significant painting cycle from 1580. Following the renovation of the Antistitium in 2021, the Hasenstube has now also been renovated to mark the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in Graubünden. Some rooms of the building have also been equipped with installations that offer exciting audio stories.
