Führung im Antistitium
Overview
The Antistitium, a late medieval secular building, is one of the oldest residential structures in the city and holds a rarity value in Chur, as it was spared from the city fire of 1574. The former neighboring building houses the so-called "Hasenstube" (Hare's Room), which features an art-historically significant painting cycle from 1580. Following the Antistitium's renovation in 2021, the Hare's Room was also refurbished to mark the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in Graubünden. Some rooms in the building have also been equipped with installations offering exciting audio stories. Guided tours take place from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
