Come meet a tenant farmer. During a walk free from time and stress, you discover another world: the alpine pasture. With passion, the welcoming host explains how each year, depending on the weather conditions, he organizes the management of pastures and livestock, and how he manages his water needs for both grass growth and livestock.
Two visits to choose from:
Morning visit at 8 AM: cheese-making followed by coffee with bread and Gruyère cheese
Afternoon visit at 4 PM: guided tour and snack
