An Ayurvedic break for women in an Indian oasis with a view of Lake Lugano.
The Shalini Ayurveda Centre is located in Carona. In this women-only oasis of peace and quiet, with a view of the lake and Monte Generoso, visitors enjoy treatments from the therapeutic tradition of Kerala. The Indian science and philosophy of Ayurveda deals with all aspects of the human experience, including affectivity and female health. During their stay, the women can enhance their knowledge of health issues, especially topics such as motherhood, periods, sexuality, relationships and feminine energy. The retreat also helps women to live generally more balanced and happier lives.
