The Wengernalp Railway (WAB) provides access to Kleine Scheidegg and connects Lauterbrunnen, Wengen and Grindelwald with the Jungfraujoch. As the longest cogwheel railroad in the world, it offers an impressive journey through the Alps and is indispensable for tourists, winter sports enthusiasts and locals alike.

The Wengernalp Railway (WAB) connects Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald with Kleine Scheidegg and serves as a feeder to the Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe. At 19.1 kilometers, it is the longest continuous cogwheel railroad in the world. In addition to transporting passengers, it also ensures the supply of goods for car-free Wengen. Modern low-floor panoramic trains with 152 seats run on both routes. The journey time is 24 minutes from Grindelwald-Grund and 42 minutes from Lauterbrunnen, with Wengen being reached in 12 minutes.

The Wengen Shuttle relieves the main line on busy days and increases the attractiveness of Wengen. Wengernalpbahn AG also operates the Kleine Scheidegg winter sports facilities with eight chairlifts as well as the Eiger Express, a high-performance tricable gondola for a fast connection to the ski area.
