Intro

Öffentliche Führung: Was Farben erzählen und verbergen – eine Spurensuche im Weiss

Von Lichtweiss über Grauweiss bis hin zu Elfenbein, Kreide oder Schnee – die Nuancen der vermeintlichen Nicht-Farbe Weiss tragen zahlreiche Namen und färben auch unsere Sprache mit. Farben sind nie unschuldig. Sie strukturieren unsere Wahrnehmung, transportieren Werte und wirken in gesellschaftlichen Debatten mit.

Was bedeutet das Weiss im Bourbaki Panorama – auch jenseits von Schnee und Licht? Was macht es sichtbar, was deckt es zu? Welche Geschichten unterstützt es, welche verschweigt es vielleicht? Und wie verändert sich seine Wirkung im Lauf der Zeit?

Die Besuchenden richten gemeinsam mit unserer Museumsleitung den Blick auf das Kolorit der Leinwand und auf die Macht der Sprache. Schauen wir genau hin: auf Farbklänge, Zwischentöne und Leerstellen. Sich selbst mit einbringen und den besonderen Anstrich von «Blutweiss» entdecken.
