Fake Fasting
Overview
Intro
Your retreat for renewed energy, a sense of lightness, and well-being
Sometimes it only takes a few days to reconnect with yourself. With our new simulated fasting program, you can give your body a mindful break and your mind new clarity. This scientifically proven method was developed by gerontologist Prof. Dr. Valter Longo and offers many of the positive effects of fasting—without having to completely forgo food. Surrounded by the tranquility and nature of the Appenzell region, you’ll experience four or six days of relaxation, regeneration, and personalized support.
Your simulated fasting retreat includes:
✓ Introductory program on simulated fasting
✓ Simulated fasting nutrition program based on FMD®
✓ Unlimited tea
✓ Personal support from the fasting guide
✓ Daily liver wraps
✓ Yoga sessions
✓ Kneipp treatments
✓ 1 soothing 40-minute massage
✓ Foot bath ceremony as a daily evening ritual
✓ Creative afternoon (for the 6-day program)
