Start your day feeling awake and alive: At the monthly sunrise yoga session (75 minutes) at Lai Nair in Tarasp, you’ll combine soothing Hatha yoga with the special atmosphere of the Engadin landscape. In a mindfully guided session, you’ll move your body, deepen your breath, and treat yourself to a moment of self-care before the day begins. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced yogi, you’re warmly welcome. You’ll practice at your own pace and without any pressure to perform.
- Yoga mats and other equipment are provided on site.
- Depending on weather conditions, the session may take place at a different location. Please bring clothing appropriate for the weather.
- Meeting point: Lai Nair parking lot. We recommend walking (30') or biking (15') from the “Tarasp, Fontana” bus stop.
- No prior experience or special stamina is required.
