Switzerland's only accessible gypsum mine in Schleitheim offers visitors the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the fascinating world of gypsum mining in the 18th and 19th centuries. A garden railway takes you into the mine and you can learn more about the hard work of the miners who once worked in the mine (language: German). Experience the impressive atmosphere underground!
