Accompanied by a passionate herbalist, explore the rich variety of alpine flora and learn to identify the plants around you during a walk.
Come and join us on a walk to discover all the flowers and wild herbs that line our paths… Learn how to identify them and discover their medicinal and culinary uses. Learn the basics of foraging, then use your harvest to make vegetable-topped toast for a homemade aperitif.
* Workshop for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants
* The price includes organisation, guidance, plant foraging, preparation of vegetable tartines, homemade syrup and wine
* Bookings accepted until 5pm the day before
* Private workshops can be arranged for 400 francs.
