Overview
Intro
2026 Summer Vacation Theater at Park im Grünen, Münchenstein: In *The Search for the Wizard of Oz*, Dorothy embarks on a magical adventure with her unusual friends.
Dorothy is swept away by a tornado to the magical Land of Oz. To find her way home, Dorothy follows the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City, where the powerful Wizard of Oz is supposed to help her. Along the way, she meets three companions: a Scarecrow who wishes for a brain, a Tin Man who hopes for a heart, and a Lion who wants to be brave.
Together, they face adventures and dangers until they finally reach the Wizard. In the end, it turns out that the Wizard doesn’t actually possess any real magical powers—but Dorothy’s friends discover that what they’ve been searching for is already within them. With the help of magical shoes, Dorothy finally finds her way back home.
