A sporty section with views of the Mittelland. Through Alpnachstader Ried and Rotzlochschlucht gorge to the Schnitzturm tower in Stansstad. Ascent along the abandoned tracks of the Fürigen Railway to Oberschilt, then a steep climb to the Bürgenstock, with views of Mount Pilatus and the Mittelland.
