Description

The 4star hotel Silberhorn is found in car-free Wengen, surrounded by impressive mountains in the Bernese Oberland at the foot of the Jungfrau. It is located right in the centre of the village and is the perfect starting point for various excursions. To the mountain railway station it only takes 1 min – from there you start the amazing journey up to the Jungfraujoch –Top of Europe- at 3454 m altitude which is Europe’s highest railway station! At the hotel you find our spa and wellness area, the swiss ski school, the sports shop Alpia, a jewellery shop as well as our à la carte restaurant Silberhornstube.
The hotel Silberhorn is located in the best, central position, in the heart of the village and right in front of the mountain railway station in Wengen. Next to our hotel are the sports grounds (tennis courts and ice-rink) as well as the Männlichen cable car. It is the ideal starting point for many excursions around the Jungfrau region.

Centrally located with panoramic views, right next to Wengen railway station and just minutes from the Männlichen cable car, the hotel offers ideal ski-in/ski-out conditions depending on snow coverage. Ski slopes lead directly to the hotel, with a sports shop and ski school on site. Guests stay in cosy rooms and suites or modern apartments for up to six people with kitchenettes. A generous vitality breakfast is served daily. The spa area includes a whirlpool, massage services, and a fitness room. Après-ski gatherings take place in the fireplace bar with darts and a billiard table. The “La Fondue” restaurant serves a wide variety of cheese specialities.
