Description

Spending the night at Martigny Youth Hostel is like travelling back in time - the historic house is a listed building and dates back to 1645. Thanks to the generous support of patron Léonard Gianadda, this project has become a reality. Discover the charming alleyways where scenes from the film "Tschugger" were filmed and enjoy the proximity to the trendy resorts of Verbier and Chamonix. Your visit to Martigny would not be complete without a detour to the internationally renowned Fondation Pierre Gianadda. Here you will find art collections, archaeological exhibitions, a vintage car park, one of the five most beautiful sculpture parks in Europe and concerts. Barryland is also very close by - here you can learn all about the Swiss national dog, the St Bernard. Outdoor fans get their money's worth with fantastic biking and hiking trails as well as the famous thermal springs. Come and experience it for yourself!
