The house has been completely renovated without losing any of its traditional charm and offers all modern amenities. Spread over three floors and 210 m2, it offers a glimpse into the Alpine lifestyle in a modern setting. An ideal blend of comfort and history.
The accommodation is ideal for groups or families and has a total of 16 beds in eight bedrooms. Landhaus Ursulina has two parking spaces in the adjoining underground car park, and additional parking spaces are available in the public car park directly in front of the house.
There is also a post bus stop directly in front of the house, which connects you directly to Chur.
Together with Laax and Flims, Falera forms the Alpenarena, a breathtakingly beautiful region in the Grisons Alps that invites you to relax and unwind, but also to enjoy a wide variety of activities. Whether you want to spend the summer with your family or with a group of friends who want to enjoy the Alpenarena in winter, the region has something for everyone.
