Description

The cuisine of the Post Hotel Löwe is fresh, refined, cosmopolitan. It reflects the origin of the guests and spans a culinary network through Europe. Mediterranean influences are reminiscent of the old relations with Italy. The French spirit comes from the recipe books of the Belle Époque. The old garden supplies the hotel kitchen with fresh berries and herbs in summer.

One of the oldest hotels in Graubünden, it once hosted Nobel Prize laureates, crown princesses and heads of state. Since its extensive renovation in 2024, it has delighted guests as an innovative historic cultural hotel. The seven exclusive rooms and suites are each dedicated to a European metropolis and have been artistically designed by designer Martin Leuthold.
