Cream cakes are the house specialty of the Aebersold baking shop in Murten. The recipe has been passed down and refined by three generations. During a visit, the guests can peek over the bakers‘ shoulders. They may also taste the sweet cream cake and a savoury version made with bacon or tomatoes.
