Intro

In wechselnden künstlerischen Positionen wird Einblick in die Faszination und Bedeutung des Waldes und der Bäume für den Menschen und die Bildende Kunst gegeben.

Waldeslust! – An Aussagekraft und damit verbundener Deutungsvielfalt kann den Wald so leicht kein Sujet der Kunstgeschichte überbieten. Die Ausstellung im Forum Würth Arlesheim vereint rund 60 signifikante Werke der Sammlung Würth, von Alfred Sisley bis Anselm Kiefer. In wechselnden künstlerischen Positionen wird Einblick in die Faszination und Bedeutung des Waldes und der Bäume für den Menschen und die Bildende Kunst gegeben.

Ein separater Walderlebnis-Raum mit sensorischen Impulsen und ein Audio-Waldspaziergang in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet Reinacher Heide schlagen zudem eine Brücke in die Umgebung und ermöglichen weitere individuelle Walderfahrungen direkt vor Ort.
