Intro

Asparagus is grown throughout Switzerland and is served as white or green asparagus. It is available on Swiss farms between April and June and can be prepared in a variety of ways in the kitchen. An advantage of local asparagus is that as a regionally produced vegetable, it is sourced without long transport routes or just directly from the farm.

We specialise in milk, berry, fruit and asparagus production, as well as direct marketing. All areas of the farm are managed in accordance with the required ecological standards (ÖLN). In the farm shop we offer a wide range of regional and seasonal salad ingredients, vegetables, fruits and berries. We also sell pasta, honey, farmhouse ice cream, raspberry wine, raspberry sparkling wine, gift baskets and much more besides.

Asparagus farm "Risch", Fläsch

We are a family business in the Bündner Herrschaft region with extensive pastures for fattening oxen and cattle. We grow asparagus and potatoes which we market directly, as well as a range of vegetables for the weekly market in Chur.

In our farm shop you will find fruits, berries, vegetables, regional cheese specialties, Einsiedler hay-milk products, farmhouse ice cream, dried meat, sausages, minced meat, meat loaf, Linth corn products, homemade products and preserves from Lützelhof farm, free-range eggs, apple juice, a selection of wines and spirits, and, on Saturdays, fresh homemade breads and butterzopf (plaited bread).

"Breitlers" farm, Basadingen

Fine green asparagus fresh from the field is sold directly from our farm. We will be happy to welcome you to our farm shop from late April until early June.

"Sternen" farm, Baar

On our family farm, we produce a wide range of vegetables, potatoes, fruits, eggs and meat.
