For many chocolate aficionados the Gottlieber wafer rolls and Gottlieber products are the finest treats. They are part of the culinary legacy of Switzerland. The exquisite Gottlieber art of baking is cherished and continuously refined in this family-run business.
The Swiss chocolate manufacturing company, located on the lovely Seerhein/Lake Constance in Gottlieben, makes the delicate warm crêpes, no more than 0.7 mm. They are separately baked as they always were and every one like a leaf of a valuable Havana cigar.
In the Gottlieber Sweets & Coffee all Gottlieber specialties are for sale: Hüppen, cacao almonds, truffles and chocolates. The guests enjoy the cosy ambiance with a cool beer, champagne or a delicious glass of wine on the beautiful terrace overlooking the lake.
