Recharge your batteries on the 90-minute power path along the historical Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago).
The power path leads over the St. James Alp (Jakobsalp) to the St. James Spring, and to the new St. James’s Chapel (Jakobskapelle), then uphill to the cross, and back to the peak of the Kronberg. The path leads through different energy zones and, like in real life, through the whole spectrum of emotions. The sensations range from a feeling of tightness, to restlessness, to relaxation and further on to a feeling of sublimity. On the way there are places of energy and healing that have been known beyond the country’s borders for centuries.
