New chair lift with a focus on families

The new family-friendly Oberdorf-Freienalp 6-seater chair lift is being built in Wildhaus in Toggenburg in preparation for the 2020/21 winter season. It replaces the aging ski lifts and opens up a varied range of slopes to families, beginners and those returning to the sport.

New adventure trail in Arosa Bear Sanctuary

The Arosa Bear Sanctuary will be open to visitors to an even greater extent in winter 2020/21. This includes the adventure trail newly opened in summer/autumn, offering, among other things, an all-round view of those parts of the area that were previously hidden from sight. With a little luck, you might get to see the bears on their short forays outside during their winter hibernation – right next to the ski slope.

Wellness Hostel Laax

Following on from the first Wellness Hostel in Saas-Fee, the success story is set to continue from 18 December 2020 with the Laax Wellness Hostel 3000. The hostel has 158 beds, with options ranging from six-bed rooms with shared facilities to double rooms with a private shower/WC. In addition to the indoor swimming pool, the new Aua Grava also has an 880m2 wellness area. Featuring a restaurant, reception, bar and lounge with views of Lake Laax, the foyer is a meeting point for guests and locals alike.
