IMI offers a full range of state-of-the-art programmes from Diploma to BA and MBA in International Hospitality Management. All IMI’s undergraduate programmes are validated by the Manchester Metropolitan University ensuring the highest quality assurance standards are maintained. All stage awards (Foundation, Certificate and Diploma in Higher Education) and the final BA (Hons) are dual awards by both MMU and IMI. Optional intensive and preparatory English courses are taking place one to three months before the start of the tourism and hotel management courses. Language classes in French or German are an integral part of the curriculum. Each course covers a 5 or 6 month semester and students may undertake a variety of paid internships in Switzerland as well as overseas. Most students are accommodated on campus in single and double rooms. Students from higher semesters can stay in one of IMIs` outside accommodations in Luzern or Horw.
