Olivier Perrot, also known as Captain Oli, invites you aboard his boat for a friendly cruise on Lake Biel. Once on board, enjoy a delicious meal while admiring the sun setting behind the Jura mountains. The evening concludes with a stroll on St. Peter’s Island – a chance to stretch your legs before Captain Oli weighs anchor and takes you back to the starting point.
The menu includes: as a starter, a sailor’s salad with bacon and cheese (or wine soup in case of bad weather), followed by a main course of your choice: sausage, beef fillet, horse fillet, fried fish, beef tartare, horse tartare, or tomme cheese, served with potatoes and vegetables. The meal ends on a sweet note.
Wine enthusiasts can also begin the evening with an aperitif in Olivier Perrot’s wine cellar in Twann.
