The Hotel Bellevue is a modest but tasteful and cosy hotel situated very quietly at the fringe of the village Heiligenschwendi (Bernese Oberland, Switzerland). It lies at the edge of the forest with an excellent view of the Lake of Thune in a hamlet called Saali. All rooms have shower or bath and toilet as well as a balcony. There is a common room with TV and reading corner as well as a lift. The large parking area offers enough space for private cars and buses. The closest bus stop is Stapfenboden-Saali at a distance of 400 metres from the hotel. Thune is within 15 minutes and Bern within 430 minutes by car.

Heiligenschwendi is ideally situated for excursions within the Bernese Oberland (Interlaken, Grindelwald, Jungfrau, Brienz, Ballenberg, Meiringen etc.) and to the lake of Thune with its scheduled boat trips and many water sports (sail and rowing boat rentals, windsurfing and sailing schools etc.).
