Which wayside plants are edible? Which of them actually have healing properties? Get to know the plant world in a different way on a hike with Sonja Wunderlin.
Most of the plants that grow wild are edible, and our ancestors made full use of them. Each herb tastes different; they embellish and enrich our food with their flavours and healing powers.
Excursion and course participants sniff, taste and nibble all kinds of blossoms and leaves. As well as learning about plants and preparation methods, they get to know myths, legends, curious facts and secrets about herbs.
