The Musée Alexis Forel celebrates the great masters of printmaking

The Musée Alexis Forel invites you to discover the printed works of Albrecht Dürer, Rembrandt van Rijn, Hendrik Goltzius, Giovanni Battista Piranesi, and Camille Corot through the exhibition "Alexis Forel and the Great Masters: The Taste of an Artist-Collector."

This exceptional exhibition unveils a hidden treasure from the museum's collections, highlighting Alexis Forel's discerning eye as both an artist and a passionate collector, and his admiration for the greatest masters of European printmaking.

Organised in collaboration with the University of Lausanne and the Cantonal Print Room (Musée Jenisch Vevey), the exhibition offers a fresh perspective on a remarkable heritage collection that is rarely displayed to the public.
