Local craftsmanship demonstration – Discover the making of Gruyère AOP, wooden cream spoons, or lace making.
Do not miss the magical moment of the cheese coming out at the Chalet de la Confrérie scheduled around 11:00 and 15:00, an experience not to be missed for all gourmets!
Musical entertainment – Alphorn players and the folk orchestra 'Les Trèna-tsôthè' will animate the city between 12:00 and 18:00.
