An exhibition that offers particularly rich insights into Zurich’s artistic production.
What is an exhibition? It is the place where something that, in most cases, came into being inside the artist’s head, and in the privacy of the studio has to face the glare of maximum attention on the part of others. Ideally, the resulting friction generates warmth. The warmth of the annualArt Grants Exhibition, for example, is often exceptionally intense. After all, this show affords us glimpses of an unusually wide range of working methods and artistic creativity, and invariably includes some new discoveries. Fans have known this forever, and for them, the exhibition has long been a fixture of Zurich’s art calendar. Let’s hope we can garner still more fans at the 2026 event!
