The Antistitium, a late medieval secular building, is one of the oldest residential buildings in the city and enjoys a rarity value in Chur, as it was spared from the city fire of 1574. In the former neighboring building is the so-called Hasenstube, which has an art-historically important painting cycle from 1580. After the reconstruction of the Antistitium in 2021, the Hasenstube has now also been renovated to coincide with the 500th anniversary of the Reformation in Graubünden. Some rooms of the building were also equipped with installations that offer exciting audio stories.
