Swiss Fair of Taste and Terroir — The Quality of Terroirs, a Taste of Excellence
Immerse yourself in a world of authentic flavors in the heart of Gruyère: the Swiss Fair of Taste and Terroir, held every autumn at Espace Gruyère in Bulle (Fribourg), is a must-visit gastronomic event, both friendly and festive.
This fair is a true celebration of local products. Each year, over 300 exhibitors showcase more than 5,000 artisanal specialties from all 18 Swiss cantons and beyond. Over the years, it has established itself as a nationally recognized event, highlighting Swiss culinary traditions.
Every year, the fair spotlights special themes or prestigious guests:For the 26th edition, taking place from December 2 to December 6, 2026, the highlights will be: Liechtenstein, ChasseSuisse, and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP
