Pancakes with lemon balm
1. Mix flour, salt and sugar to make the dough. Add butter and work into a crumbly mass and form a depression. Pour in water and lemon balm. Mix into a dough without kneading. Wrap in foil and put in a cool place for 30 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough on a little flour and pour into buttered dish. Prick dough base deeply.
3. Mix all ingredients well before pouring. Pour onto the dough base.
4. Bake at the bottom of a pre-heated oven at 200 °C for 25-30 minutes. Let cool on rack.
