Intro
Ittingen Charterhouse, a former Carthusian monastery with more than 850 years of history, is one of the most important cultural sites in the region.
Today it continues to promote, in a modern manner, its traditional monastic values: hospitality, care of others, self-suffi - ciency, spirituality, and the nurturing of culture, education and encounter.
