The meeting point for the guided tour is the Lugano Region Official Tourism Office. This is where the 75-minute walk to the village of Gandria begins. With its unusual charm, Gandria transports visitors back in time. When wandering through the narrow alleyways, it is easy to envisage how tough everyday life was for the fishermen and their families. After the tour, a boat awaits on the shores of the village for the return to Lugano.
