A panoramic hike with fantastic views of the world-famous icy icons, the Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau. High above the impressive Lauterbrunnen Valley, the route leads past flower-filled Alpine meadows to Allmendhubel.
Description
This top-class panoramic hike is dominated by views of the three Bernese Oberland giants, the Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau and the hintere Lauterbrunnental (rear Lauterbrunnen Valley). The high trail above the Lauterbrunnental trail leads from Grütschalp through beautiful mountain forest and across Alpine meadows.
The views of the steep rock faces and mighty glaciers of the Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau are incredibly spectacular. The route leads through moorland scenery, over mountain meadows full of flowers, blueberry bushes and Alpine roses to Allmendhubel above Mürren.
An enjoyable tour includes the careful planning of the same. Please inform yourself in advance at the local information center about the route and weather conditions. Depending on the season and weather conditions, this route may be blocked or interrupted
