Katrin and Gerhard Lange opened their Länggass-Tee tea shop on 25 October 1983. Its fame now extends far beyond the city of Bern. Alongside selling good and affordable everyday teas, classic top-quality rarities from China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea, tea sets and other accessories, it also offers training to individuals and catering establishments.
