The piste from the Schilthorn to Lauterbrunnen is almost 15 km long, making it one of the longest in Switzerland. At the end of January each year, a hellish racing spectacle is enacted here. The descent is open to experienced skiers all winter.

Our beehives not only produce honey for our own use but also make a valuable contribution to biodiversity and environmental preservation. The expansive park, with its blooming flowerbeds and well-tended lawns, is carefully cultivated to give something back to nature. Quiet corners and secluded spots throughout the grounds offer peaceful refuges where small animals can thrive.

The Schwellenmätteli’s terrace virtually floats over the Aare River. You have the feeling that you’re sitting in the middle of the water with it rushing and splashing wonderfully all around you. Local specialities are served here. They are prepared with a playful touch and a noticeable passion for the South, which goes perfectly with the scenery.

On their way up the glorious Schilthorn, also known as the Piz Gloria, the cable cars of the Schilthorn cableway travel along 7,000 metres of cable and surmount an altitude difference of 2,103 metres in a journey comprising four stages: from Stechelberg to Gimmelwald, Mürren and Birg, before finally reaching the summit.

The mountain ridge to the south of Gstaad is well known to hikers as the most beautiful starting point for the panoramic hike to the hugely popular Lauenensee lake. A gondola takes visitors up to Höhi Wispile.

It's also a fascinating place for children to observe and explore, helping them develop a playful yet meaningful awareness of the vital role insects play in our ecosystem.

Guests experience first hand the detective story by looking for a trail of clues in Langnau village in the Emmental Valley. Visitors solve the case of “the fake Emmental cheese”.

In the heart of the awe-inspiring mountains, with flower-filled meadows, beautiful Lake Thun and the turquoise waters of Lake Brienz, lies a paradise for complete relaxation.

You can take the cable car from Wengen to the 2343-meter-high Männlichen in just a few minutes. Once at the top, a unique view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau awaits you. A short marked hiking trail leads to the summit.
