Introduction
The ninth edition of Dorfart by Bad Ragartz invites visitors not only to view art, but to actively experience it. The event takes place in the village center of Bad Ragaz.
Under the motto “Experience and Co-Create Art,” Bad Ragaz will once again become an open studio for everyone interested in art. Various workshops led by artists will give visitors insights into the working methods of the participating artists and also offer the opportunity to create art themselves.
As the Swiss National Day is being celebrated at the same time, selected program highlights will add a traditional touch to the event — including a morning performance by the yodeling club Alprösli and the lighting of a “mountain bonfire” in the evening. In addition, the municipality of Bad Ragaz invites everyone to a village brunch directly before Dorfart begins. (Information about registration will follow at www.badragaz.ch.)
