The YH Montebello welcomes you in the heart of Ticino. Situated at the bottom of the Castle Montebello, part of the Unesco world heritage, it is only 10 minutes away from the railway-station in the historical centre of Bellinzona.
It is an ideal departure point for excursions and also a stop on the main North-South axis of the Alps. The singles and doubles rooms offer you a comfortable privacy, for groups and families we have bigger rooms and dormitories. Bath and showers are placed on each floor. The YH Montebello offers as well multifunctional rooms for parties, conferences and seminaries with the possibility of renting some technical equipment.
The published prices include the daily membership of Swiss Youth Hostels and Hostelling International.

The hostel is located 3 minutes from downtown and 10-15 minutes’ walk from the station. It is located away from traffic noise, but right next to the railway line. Garden and seating under a pergola is available.
