Inleiding

Edel viersterrenhotel in het autovrije Mürren met fraai uitzicht op de bergen. Recht tegenover het station; 49 kamers van standaard tweepersoons- tot gezinskamers en luxueuze zoldersuites. Beschrijving

The Hotel Eiger is owned and managed in the 4th generation by the innovative Stähli family. The bright and cosy rooms are furnished with lots of wood and warmth in a local style. The different suites are individually designed and unique like the James Bond suite. Sure we also offer free WIFI and flat screen TV but more important is the exclusive Swiss mountain feeling with direct views over the UNESCO world heritage, the mountain range Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Our highlights include the hotel own swimming pool with Sauna, massage room, small Gym and Solarium. From the Jacuzzi and the new recreation area, you can enjoy the sunset over the mountain range. In the Restaurant and the Tächi bar, locals and guests meet to choose from a large choice of dishes or enjoy a meet or cheese fondue and in our new room Silbernhorn, you event will be remembered by everybody.

Sedert 1886, nu door de vierde generatie van een familie gerund hotel in gezellige chaletstijl. Persoonlijke service door de eigenaarsfailie. Binnenbad met de ochtendzon en bergpanorama. Sfeervol restaurant met uitzicht op de Eiger, Mönch en Jungfrau. Eenmaal wekelijks raclette rechtstreeks van de kaas gesneden; zesgangenmenu “noordwand van de Eiger” met Zwitserse wijnen. Meer Zwitserse specialiteiten: Bernse kalfsreepjes, Emmentaler merengue en kaasfondue. Zeldzame wijnen van Zwitserse wijnhellingen.

Aankomst

The Hotel Eiger is opposite the BLM railway station in Muerren, and five minutes on foot from the centre of the village. The ski slopes pass right by the hotel in winter, and in summer, the hiking trails start right from the hotel. The Schilthorn Piz Gloria is reached in 20 minutes by cable car from Muerren.
