The Ferienhaus Granit is located in Saas Grund in a quiet and central location of the Saas Valley (Valais, Switzerland), off the main road.
Thanks to the specially designed lift for handicapped persons our house is ideally suited for elderly people and the handicapped. All bedrooms have easy access without steps and thresholds. On the three lower levels there is one twin room with sanitaries which is handicapped accessible and built according to Swiss IV norms. All floors have a large balcony towards the South-, West- and Eastside. Each floor is divided into two units; both have three to four bedrooms, bathroom or shower and WC. Each room is equipped with a hand basin.
Car parking spaces are directly behind the house. On the south side there is a generous recreationground with garden-fireplace and covered patio. A big playingfield is located in front of the house for team games.
