Introdução
In the Heart of Touch workshop, participants learn to deepen body awareness, practice heart-centered, non-doing Presence Touch, and cultivate group field awareness and relational healing.
𝐀 𝟒-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠.
In the Heart of Touch workshop, participants learn to deepen body awareness and inner stillness through Inner Presence meditation, practice heart-centered, non-doing, healing touch with Presence Touch, and cultivate group field awareness, conscious communication, and relational healing through Relational Fielding.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩:
- Cultivate Inner Presence through midline meditation and interoception practices.
- Begin learning the Presence Touch principles and skills of inner repose, neutral listening, non-doing touch, attunement, resonance, and entrainment, allowing life force to realign us with our inherent fluid patterns of well-being and wholeness.
- Explore conscious dialogue, bringing more loving awareness and meta-awareness into connection.
- Experience how Relational Fielding can enhance the healing potency of life in the group body.
