In our tea series, we're taking it a step further for everyone who wants to brew tea the Chinese way.
Learn how to use Chinese tea sets, how to properly measure out tea, pour hot water over it, let it steep, and pour it into another vessel according to Chinese tradition before serving and enjoying it. Tea expert Xia Chen will guide you step by step through the “art” of traditional Chinese tea preparation, and you’ll have the chance to practice it yourself with a variety of teas. The event will be accompanied by some delicious finger food creations from the Bergtrotte kitchen.
A delightful experience for the curious, tea lovers—and anyone who’d like to become one.
