Situated on the banks of a small river in Charmey, the Chalet du Chamois is surrounded by pastures and forests, in the midst of a charming village of the Gruyère in the Fribourg Pre-Alps (Switzerland). On 950 metres (3'116 feet) above sea level, the Chalet offers quietness and space, featuring a soccer pitch, a BBQ area, a outdoor fireplace, and a beautiful playroom.
Open for skiing, sledgeing and mountain hiking, the Chalet du Chamois is also well-suited for the discovery of the touristic region of the Gruyère. Chocolate from Broc, cheese and cream from the valley, but also museums, folklore and choir tradition.
