Aktuelle Blicke auf eine Ikone
Das Kunsthaus Zürich fragt in dieser Ausstellung nach der Aktualität des als «Nationalkünstler» bekannten Ferdinand Hodler. «Apropos Hodler» stellt einseitigen Interpretationen das formale, kulturelle und politische Wirken dieses Malers in seiner ganzen Vielfalt gegenüber und versucht, das Alte und Bekannte neu zu sehen. Arbeiten von über 30 zeitgenössischen Künstlerinnen und Künstlern treffen auf rund 60 Gemälde der Schweizer Ikone.
