Jeden Freitag von 08:30 bis 11:30 Uhr findet auf dem Alvierparkplatz in Buchs SG der Freitagsmarkt statt. Lokale Produzenten bieten frisches Obst, Gemüse, Brot und Fleischwaren, Sälbergmachts, Olivenöl, Kräuter, regionale Milchprodukte, Handgefertigtes und vieles mehr an. Zudem lädt ein Marktcafé zum geselligen Austausch ein.
